Abstract submission is now open and will close on Wednesday 15th April 2026.

As is traditional for EvoWorm, we aim to offer an oral presentation to all participants who request one. However, to ensure a balanced oral programme, some abstracts may be assigned as poster presentations.

Please note: abstract submission and registration are handled separately.

Student travel award

Graduate students are eligible to apply for a $500 award to help fund attendance at the meeting. Sponsored by the Society of Nematologists’ Cobb Foundation, this travel award specifically provides financial support to one graduate student to attend EvoWorm 2026 and present their research. The recipient will also receive a one-year complimentary membership in the Society of Nematologists.

To be considered, please submit a 500-word statement alongside your abstract that describes your thesis research, achievements thus far, and motivation for attending EvoWorm 2026.
