Accommodation

Check-in information

Guests with on-campus accommodation should have received a confirmation email from McMaster Conference & Event Services with check-in details specific to their reservation. The key information is that check-in is at the Guest Service Centre in the lobby of the Peter George Centre for Living and Learning (PGCLL) from 3:00 PM. Early check-in may not be available, but luggage can be stored at PGCLL if you arrive before 3:00 PM. You will need valid photo ID matching the name on the reservation.


Booking accommodation

Participants may reserve on-campus accommodation at McMaster University during registration. Details of the available options are provided below.

If you are sharing a room, only one person should make the booking. After completing the reservation, please email reserve@mcmaster.ca with the name of your roommate so that both guests are authorised to check in.

The room block will remain open until 1 June 2026. Reservations made after this date will be subject to availability.

If you require accommodation, we recommend booking it at the same time as registration. If you would prefer to book accommodation separately, follow the registration instructions, but do not select a registration option when prompted.

Accommodation options

On campus reservations are available in Les Prince Hall and the Peter George Centre for Living & Learning (PGCLL) so attendees may choose a room type that suits their needs.  Both locations have air conditioning.


Les Prince Hall

Single Room – 93 CAD (+ tax) per night

  • 1 private bedroom with twin XL bed and desk
  • Private ensuite washroom
  • Occupancy: 1 guest (1 bed)

Peter George Centre for Living & Learning (PGCLL)

Double Suite – 175 CAD (+ tax) per night

  • 2 private bedrooms, each with 1 double bed and desk
  • Shared private 3-piece washroom
  • Occupancy: 2 guests (2 beds)

Quad Suite – 262 CAD (+ tax) per night

  • 2 private bedrooms, each with 2 double beds and desks
  • Shared private 3-piece washroom
  • Occupancy: 4 guests (4 beds)

All reservations include:

  • Bed linens, pillows, towels, and facecloths
  • Toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner)
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi in residence and across campus
  • Secure, keycard-restricted elevator access to guest floors
  • 24-hour Guest Service Desk located in the PGCLL lobby
