Registration

Registration is now open and will close on 1st June 2026.

We strongly encourage participants to attend in person where possible; however, it will also be possible to attend and present virtually.

If you require accommodation, we recommend booking it at the same time as registration. Registration and accommodation can also be completed separately, if preferred.

If you require an invitation letter to attend the conference, please email Bhagwati Gupta with your name and institution.

Please note: registration and abstract submission are handled separately.

Registration instructions

1: Register for a ‘Guest Account‘ (please do not use a MacID) at Conference Registration

2: Click General Registration in the top menu bar.

3: Search for EVOWORM26 and click Select.

4: Complete user details

If you would like to book accommodation while registering, enter ‘Yes’ under the accommodation question)

5. Choose registration type

6: View and select rooms (if booking accommodation)

7: Complete payment

If you wish to book accommodation after completing your initial registration, simply log back into the portal using the same email address and password. You may skip adding a registration fee and select accommodation only.

Registration fees

Postdocs/students/staff scientists: 350 CAD (~250 USD)
Faculty: 500 CAD (~350 USD)
Virtual attendance: 150 CAD (~110 USD)
Caregiver guest: 300 CAD (~220 USD)

The Caregiver guest option is intended for a caregiver accompanying a registered participant (e.g. to assist with childcare) and covers the cost of meals.
